These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern any transfers made by customers of EFI Markets UK Ltd for the purpose of depositing monetary funds to or withdrawing monetary funds from (hereinafter "Payment") the client's trading account that has been opened with EFI Markets UK Ltd.
Every client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions and the particular conditions of the utilised payment method selected inside Traders Room by submitting a request to EFI Markets UK Ltd for making a Payment. The Terms of Business of EFIMarkets UK LTD shall be applicable with regard to any issues not addressed by these Terms.
If the client is always in compliance with both the Terms of Business and the Payment Terms of EFI Markets UK Ltd, EFI Markets UK Ltd will accept Payment requests from the customer at any time.
Once the money has been moved back to an EFI Markets UK Ltd bank account, deposits will be made to the client's trading account between the hours of (09:00-17:00) the next business day.
If the request for a withdrawal of funds reaches EFI Markets UK Ltd before 17:00, it will process it the same business day from the client's trading account. Withdrawal requests sent to EFI Markets UK Ltd after 17:00 on business days, weekends, or public holidays will be handled the next business day.
EFI Markets UK Ltd is not permitted to accept or process payments sent to or originating from accounts that belong to anybody other than the customer (a third person).
Regardless of the withdrawal method chosen or desired by the client, EFI Markets UK Ltd reserves the right to carry out such a request to the same bank, intermediary bank, and account utilized by the client for making the original or any previous Payment.
EFI Markets UK Ltd maintains the right to hold onto the execution of Payments and seek further papers if it deems it necessary, either to verify the source of Payments or for any other reason.
Additional particular information related to Payments (such as Payment limitations, time schedules, etc.) shall be presented in the Trader's Room upon submission of the Payment request. Each client must be entirely responsible for noting such facts prior to making any Payment requests.
The customer is encouraged to watch out for any inaccuracies in a payment request. Additionally, EFI Markets UK Ltd is not obligated to pursue recovering the Payment from the Payment Service Provider or compensating the client for any fees, charges, or other expenditures incurred as a result of the client's mistaken or improper Payment request. When EFI Markets UK Ltd submits an inaccurate or incomplete Payment request, the client is responsible for making up the difference in costs or damages.
EFI Markets UK Ltd does not let third parties to make deposits to a customer's trading account. Such deposits must be returned to the sender and trading accounts to which they were transferred must be blocked. In this situation, the initial third-party sender is responsible for paying all transfer-related expenses.
The amount transferred will be converted to the base currency of the client's trading account if the base currency of the client's trading account differs from the base currency of the transferred funds. The cash will be sent using the standard exchange rate for the receiving bank, EFI Markets UK Ltd, where the payment was intended.
The amount will be deducted from the cash to be transferred if there are any additional bank service fees associated with the transfer (from the receiving bank or intermediate bank). As a result, the customer can get less money than they had anticipated. Any service fees imposed on transfers by other banks are not the responsibility of EFI Markets UK Ltd.
If a shift is made out to an EFI Markets UK Ltd bank account and includes a service fee debit (e.g., "All charges to Beneficiary" or "Shared Cost"), the charges will be deducted from the amount to be transferred to the client's trading account.
Relevant fees are assessed in the base currency that is used on the client's trading account; for example, if an account's base currency is EUR, fees will be assessed in EUR; if it is GBP, fees will be assessed in GBP.
Please be aware that, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Contract Specifications section of the EFI Markets UK Ltd website, trading may result in additional fees that are linked to rollovers (such as swaps or interest fees) for positions on any instruments held overnight and credit/debit of interest adjustments for positions on stock CFDs and index CFDs.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for adhering to any local requirements, in particular with respect to any applicable tax responsibilities, as rules and regulations pertaining to financial services and monetary activities may differ significantly from region to region.
Every customer should be aware of the inherent susceptibility of online payment systems to malfunction, delay, and/or disruption, particularly as may be related to the Payment Service Provider. It is strongly advised that the customer keep their anti-virus software up to date and regularly scan their machine for infections.
EFI Markets UK Ltd is not responsible for any delays, problems, or outages that may occur with payment systems or with any other technical systems that apply to or are managed by the payment service provider, or for any consequences of such delays, problems, or outages.
